This is an excellent one day course that will show you the basics of effective cellar management.
It will update you on current policies and procedures enabling you to ensure that the beer served on your bar, to your customers is at the quality that the brewer intended.
This interactive course can be run at our training location but can even be run at your own pub, club or restaurant (dependant on numbers and facilities)
We at INNfluential currently offer the ABCQ 1-day course for £60 this includes course materials, examination fee, light lunch, refreshments and certification.
