INNfluential would like to inform all of our Customers that the BIIAB Level 2 National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (NCPLH) has been replaced (with effect from 1st April 2011) by the BIIAB Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders (APLH).
The APLH is accredited on the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) , and learners will have to sit the QCF unit The Legal and Social Responsibilities of a Personal Licence Holder. This unit has been collaboratively developed by People 1st, the Sector Skills Council for the industry, and a number of leading Awarding Bodies including BIIAB.
