INNfluential Pub Training Solutions is a relatively new company, set up to meet the competitive needs of all people in the pub leisure industry.

Innfluentials’ Training Director, Mike Connell FBII, has over thirty years in Pubs, Brewery, Restaurant and Hospitality Operations culminating in achieving the accolade of BIIAB NITA Professional Trainer of the Year Award and more recently the prestigious BII award, the 2009 Bill Hannon Award for exceptional contribution to the industry and the work of BII.

He understands the need to develop and deliver relevant training packages that are flexible enough to meet the needs of all people whether they are already working in the industry or thinking about taking up a career in the trade.
Mike also delivers nationally accredited compliance courses under the license of BIIAB, CIEH, WSET and STONEBOW.

All training that Mike personally oversees or develops, whether it be compliance, business development, individual learner progression or bespoke will always be delivered in a ‘jargon free’, realistic and relevant way.
